Adt security- theft of fees

Adt security have invoiced me for additional security checks at my premises. This was not an agreement at the outset of my contract. It is the beams which being to Adt which trigger a security check. I cannot pay for Adt's security check in addition to the contract, this is indirectly related to theft.
