ADT SECURITY - THE SECURITY VIRUS COMPANY

Years ago I had an account with ADT. That account has been closed for more than 3 years. It toulk me over 6 months to get them to stop billing me. No calls for the last year and all of a sudden I get billed AGAIN!!!! No contract in place - no services delivered and now they have the odacity to ask for proof that I closed the account years ago AGAIN. That was after I've send it to them the last time. ADT does not have a clue what is going on with their clients or on their General Ledger. They don't know who their customers are and who not. It also seems they don't keep track of their calls and the proof that customers send to them disappear. This company is like a computer virus - it seems it is impossible to get rid of them. It will take you months to stop the billing and calls - and then after a year or more it starts all over again. They are worce than the ********* they are supposed to protect their customers from. STAY AWAY FROM ADT.
