ADT Security - Termination of contract - Service a disgrace!!!!!

This is absolutely a disgrace!! We have been trying to terminate our contract almost a year later after numerous phones calls and emails and we are still being debited. The bank no longer wants to return the debit and this is affecting our credit scores which in return is affecting our credit record. It ridiculous!!! And please do not respond to this message that some from the online marketing team will be in contact with us as there has been more than one person from the ADT group in contact with us and just nothing happens!!! We want someone to assist us within the next 24 hours and get this long standing issue resolved!
