ADT Security Sloppy Response time.

I really am Disappointed with the response time of ADT. I got ADT Security system in my house last year June, because i live in the area where there is lots of break-ins. Last Friday I mistakenly tripped my alarm as i was preparing to go out with my family. This was at 18:20 I only got a response from the ADT Call Center only when i was getting in to Town at 19:10. This was so disappointing as i don't think this is the kind of service the White suburbs get even thou we pay the same money if we don't pay more. I know for a fact i stayed at RoseBank if Alarm goes off they get a call immediately. if a alarm goes off in those areas a security gaurd is outside your house before you even get a phone call, that is how safe they are.

What is soo disappointing is that i trust this Security company with my Family's safety and security, but if they are going to respond after a hour of a incident happening then it's not good enough. I am really considering alternatives.
