ADT Security Services

One of the ADT vehicles drove into our vehicle from behind on the 11 September 2023 and the driver admitted to be at fault at the Police station. Their N1 City Offices promise to sort out the Thirdy Party Claim ASAP and to date we are going back and forth with them to resolve the matter. Their gave us their Accident Claims person, Odette Meree (from their Head Office In Johannesburg) who keeps giving us empty promises to date 12 December 2023. We even got Jade Hanning, the N1 City ADT Manager involved to resolve the matter. Our vehicle is still damaged and they are making empty promises to resolve the matter with their insurance?
