ADT Security robed once again. This time more than their monthly subscription.

I have adt security alarm in my house which was handed over to me by previous owner mid 2018. Upon moving in the house the technical team came to inspect if everything was in order! it is then we noticed that the layout was wrong, some of the sensor alarms needed to change positions, an old system that needed to be removed and the alarm response team had no access to my gate meaning they would have to stand out side should the be any problem. This technical team scheduled the following week to rectify the highlighted issues at the time. We waiting on the day based on the agreement of them coming, never pitched. I made numerous calls to adt with an attempt to arrange with them to come fix all that needed to be fixed.

Its a new neighborhood for me and its approaching december, i am getting even more worried. Made numerous calls again and again, the team would advise on the date they would come and make changes, from my side i will arrange that someone should be by the house when they arrive because i would be at work.But still they never came. Then it was a series of promises that they would come meaning also a series of me arranging that the is someone in the house but still the team failed on me. This occurrence of these series was almost about 4 times. These arrangements occurred throughout 2019

I then took it to my self to reverse all their debt order so as to attract their attention. Reversed about 4. This is again in 2019. The a lady from finance was in contacted with me even thou i shared the matter in hand with her, all she was concerned about was on how will i settle the outstanding amount.

One night i had adt security flashing with torch lights by the gate, stating that the alarm system went on, i was confused coz it did not from my house. Again this other night this year 2020 similar occurrence but this time they left a note by the gate. on the note it state that their alarm went on around 1am they came to check if everything was okey. we woke up to this note. May question is what if we were died, injured or kidnapped inside the house. all they did was to leave a note. A whole entire security company i pay services too to protect my house and family.

After numerous attempts trying to secure my house and putting counter measure that i am currently paying for month on month, finally i had a break in. Again ADT is not aware stating that their alarm did not ring. My say to all of this is "had all these issues been fixed promptly, it would have prevented the theft, the damage in my property and all the thruma." Today i have no TV, 3 laptops ****** and 4 phones. Thank you to ADT security for all this headache and its funny today they were the first debt order to go through.
