ADT SECURITY POOR SERVICE ALL ROUND

ADT security service has been a nightmare. I signed up for the 24hr security and cameras was the worst mistake I made. Firstly the security system wasn't even working for an entire week after it was installed. The cameras still are not clear and they left the cables all over in a mess in my lounge. But that is nothing compared to their accounts department debiting my account on different days in the month. I complained several times but got no joy, not even a phone call until Helen assisted me. Now yesterday they again debit my account for over R700 yet my contract is R357 per month. I sent an email to Prashni and Helen again and requested cancelation of my account with immediate effect. I will definitely be moving over to Blue security after this terrible experience I have had over the last few months as a client of ADT.
