ADT SECURITY NOT TRUST WORTHY

Installed the alarm system, a few weeks later ADT came to check of all was working, only to find out that the system is not working, this was Monday 17 April 2023. The instruction was that they will call us during the cause of the week. On Friday I call their offices, a gentleman named Oscar answers I relay they message and he puts me on hold for 12 minutes while claiming her is obtaining more information.

Our safety is at stake, no protection, but they will debit our accounts.

Disappointed.
