ADT Security Just A Name Service Is Poor And Weak!!!

It’s bad enough that ADT comes an hour late after alarm goes off🤬🤬now their admin is also useless!!!!I called them for rewiring( of which they were supposed to contact me as to when they will come)I call them to get a technician to come an rewire. Bare in mind they were supposed to have done this months ago. We’ve been paying them with no alarm system activated!!!They send a technician but at the wrong address somewhere in Boksburg and I reside in Witpoortjie Roodepoort. These ladies that work in the office are really useless. They are quick to send technicians over at the WRONG ADDRESS . I’m seriously fed up with ADT. It’s time one switches to another security company!!!!
