ADT SECURITY, IT A LIE : THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS THERE AS THEY CLAIM

my business place was broken into on the 3rd of may 2023, at about 3am, ADT Security only responded at about 7am day break. i have try to contact them for a Claim to my damages for their bridge of contract, and all they could tell me is to claim insurance from my insurance company they can't help me. that is after i pay a monthly instalment to protect the business for me. this is not the end ADT , you will ear from my lawyers, so much lies in their report that was given.
