ADT Security is TRASH

ADT keeps debiting money from my account. This is after their sales rep came and claimed that my existing paradox alarm system cannot be connected to their control room. I'm not an adt client but they keep debiting money from my account. They work in silos and all they know is blaming each other for their incompetence and inefficiency
