Adt security is a **** part 2
Adt security company is a pain to deal with. I've been having an issue with this company since 2019 when they tried to overcharged me and I called them several times to cancel my subscription since my security system wasn't working and they overcharged and **** on fixing it.
They offered to write off the debt and cancel the **** debt that they carried on charging me long after their alarms stopped working. They said they were going to cancel the debt which they didn't and write off the account, but this morning I get a call from debt collectors demanding I pay them for debt that was supposedly written., just like their calls are recorded but dealing with them have taught me to also record calls from them. I emailed and spoke to them earlier this year and was informed that it was canceled but they've now resorted to ruining my credit score.
I curse the day I decided to keep them as my security company, it's been downhill from that day.

Luckily I still have call recording from March 2021 where they said they will call. You have to close this account and leave me alone

If you are going to join and went through my post you deserve what's coming to you when you cancel. Im Giving feedback after more than 3 years. The sweet messages they posted here lies . They tried to add me to credit bureau like I they are a credit provider. They would hound me daily from different numbers , when I block one they will get another.
How do I owe you for service you charged me pro rata for coz it's paid in advanced when I joined ,huh?
If I can today you should pay me back monies actually by your logic like insurance companies do.
This company will have people hounding u for years.
