ADT SECURITY IN EAST LONDON IS SHOCKING!!!
Phones just rings and rings 11.01.2021. Phone eventually gets answered to be told try again tomorrow as there is no one to assist you, not the first time and they always promise that someone will get back to you on the same day, Nonsense! What if this was an emergency and the phone just rings and rings?
When they promise you a free month when you bring clients but you have to continuously follow up and remind them as they keep on billing you, once again the client has to spend their time proving this!!!
You barely see any guards patrolling? last week my mom's alarm went off, 30 minutes later, the armed response arrives? 30 minutes later!!!, one could be dead by then or all your goods ******? do they care, does not seem like it?
I will no longer recommend this company. Hope this helps the next person joining.
