Adt security horrible service

Very bad service. Not only did they submit false information to the credit bureaus they refused closing the accounts with the credit bureaus after I canceled them. Very Very Very bad customer service. I don't understand how the rating system here works but I wanted to give them the lowest possible rating. Horrible customer service.
