ADT SECURITY

What a bad service with ADT my house was burd in December we called them for the back up because we had the alarm for ADT ,today the are saying the not responsibly for anything even them the lost alarm system, please guys stop playing with us ,when you want Customer you like will help us at the end you just playing with us. The just useless if you installer ADT you just playing with you money .Never again & I don't think one of my family will join ADT Company. Thanks for nothing the are so hurtless .GOD bless you guys
