ADT Security Failed to Detect Burglary

On Friday 30th October 2015 my house was burgled. <br> I'm an ADT subscriber and they received an alarm signal of a disturbance at the house by 13h05 midday. I arrived at the house at 16h30pm and discovered the burglary. ADT did not know untill I told them. They claim to have sent a patrol car to the house but the officer did not see any evidence of burglary even though evidence was lying all over the front area of the house, including the tools used to break into the house. The ADT officer failed to look over the perimeter wall. Had he done that, he would have seen a broken and open front door and plastic bags and papers scattered all over the front of the house!!!!!<br>
