ADT Security dropped the ball

The #ADT customer care is manned by arrogant ingrates. They don't respond to emails, and when one calls, there's no assistance, one would hear them in the background, dissecting clients; from front desk, supervisors, to managers.

Perhaps they think they have arrived forgetting that competition is mounting daily, such arrogance is intolerable.
