ADT SECURITY DOING DOWNHILL

<p>ADT was reported to being taken over last year. Since then their response time and general service has deteriorated. In my neighbourhood of newlands west in durban we had a break in during the day and although the alarm went off Adt came half an hour later and wel after the cops. At my home the alarm triggered twice recently. In the one instance there was no telephone call but the horrible thing was the armed guard coming an hour later. The guard blames the control room and vice versa. Adt should be honest and tell us of their restructuring and cost cutting as the vehicles are no longer visible on the area. Close down honestly and don't chow our money. Down with adt, down </p>
