ADT security company pathetic service

Hi On 3rd Nov 2020 there was break-in at my house in Pietermaritzburg. I claimed public liability but was rejected because they say I had set alarm system on stay home mode. ■My question is how could I have exit my house on that day if it was on stay home mode? They don't want to answer or investigate that. ■ Secondly, the intruders should have found someone in the house if it was on stay home mode. Signal report was a lie and possibly fabricated to say that I had an alarm system on stay home mode. If truly it was on stay home mode, then the alarm system was faulty and they sent technician to fix on the 4th of December 2020 ■ Pathetic service, disappointed and feel undermined by the Claims department. They are ***********, discriminatory as far as I am concerned and experienced.

Services by ADT security company is very poor and not worth it.

I can't wait to end their contract in March. I have had it with ADT.
