ADT ? Security company or ******* ?

I own a house in an Estate.<br> <br> We have a contract with ADT for the general security and home security<br> <br> Residents do not need to pay a monthly fee because of the contract the estate has with ADT<br> <br> They wrongfully charged me R350 per month since last year December because their salesman failed to inform me residents in my estate do not need to pay anything.<br> <br> I have still not received my refund and it has been over a month.<br> <br> As per email below I was suppose to be paid out on Friday however no pay out as yet<br> <br> ===<br> Dear Sean<br> <br> I've received confirmation that the transfer will be done on Friday.
