ADT Security can't get anything right. Dont ever use them

I have been battling with ADT security for months now. If its not the alarm working its the wrong people getting phoned. (That's still not sorted out). I also had account issues where ADT was deducting the incorrect amount. They promised me that it was sorted out but its ADT so it was not. I complained on Hellopeter and someone got back to me and also once again made a promise that it will be sorted out. They even said I can get a month free. What a lie. Don't trust this company. They cant fix anything or do anything right.
