ADT security cameras are a waste of money and beyond useless.

Since ADT supp**** and installed my 6 security cameras none of them have worked continually for more than a few weeks at a time. I asked for their removal and a refund after 4 months (June 2016) due to their constant malfunctions and instead got an inadequate repair which did not rectify the situation. . I am still sitting with theses cameras, none of which currently work, or have worked for months. Despite numerous logged calls to their technical department and emails I am ignored. ADT seem to have a very blasé attitude to the concerns I have as far as the safety of my family, and seem to be in the business of supplying inferior goods, taking the money, and ducking. I would not recommend that anybody purchases cameras from ADT as they have demonstrated to me that they have no adequate aftersales service. I would rate their cameras as well as their customer care as a ZERO on a scale of 1 to ten.
