ADT SECURITY ARE TERRIBLE

I am trying to cancel my ADT services since the 9th of November 2015 e-mailing and phoning them nearly 3 times a day. I am still waiting for someone to phone me back as promised to me each time I am phoning. This is the worst service I've ever received and will not make use of ADT ever again. I hope your reaction to an active alarm will be more promising
