ADT security appears to be guilty!!

My house was broken into with my alarm armed. I got hold of ADT and asked them to investigate as it is not possible for the house to be broken into while the alarm was armed. During the break in ADT did not pick up any signal. They cannot answer any questions and do not provide any feedback. It actually appears as though they were involved. I tried to get hold of the manager but they do not call back. I sent an email and still no response. No service at all! I'm disgusted!!!!
