Terrible service - not armed response but accounts department .Trying to resolve an accounts problem since DEC 2023. Called multiple times with no joy. Today the operator states that no one is answering or picking up in the accounts department after they dropped my call 3 times . Loyal customer for 10 years or more . They not the best or most represented in my area but I stayed with them .
