To my surprise, as I have heard a few stories like this around after cancelling my ADT armed response 2 years ago. I received a notification that my account has been handed over for legal collections. The best part is I never breached any agreement gave my due notice on my account before we moved and my account was paid via a debit order ADT made sure that they collected all their fees and sometimes even more radio fees randomly as they pleased. Today I can reach anyone other than sales and they just transfer the calls to lines that eventually drop. I have not received a single invoice or statement for years and nothing was due to begin with so how can they just add money to an account of what was a customer and then hand that over?
