An elderly customer of Adti had a beam installation installed at her property in Umbilo/Glenwood due to repeated theft. Installation done on the 18 November 2020 to date nobody assisted her in properly in operation of system since then till now. Put a loyal customer in jeopardy I insisted some one come out to assist her today on operation but Adti choose to show bad customer service and said that by Monday or Tuesday. So for the next 2 to 3 days the customer is jeapordy . She's been a loyal customer since 1991 and on top of that they want to charge her a fee to come out to show her how it works
