ADT Secure Drive Disappointment

In terms of the Security Company they are brilliant, and reliable, fast installations friendly and helpful staff, and good aftersales customer service. But moving to the secure drive department, where do I begin, aftersales service is atrocious, you could call them and they will hang the phone up in your ear, eventually getting through to them they will transfer you to a different department who will do the same thing well try email them, you'd be lucky to get one back, I had an incident on the 12th o January 2023 where I was ****** in my car outside my workplace, I pressed my panic button and well no one showed no one called nothing. I then called them the next day asking i they can confirm it is working and they said they cant help me because my account is in arrears, this is where I lost it. My monthly fee is R199.00 P/M they are Debiting my account R398.00 P/M yes they put through a debit order or it so it can be in arrears right, especially since for December they charged me R398.00 and January they Charged me R398.00 which accumulates to 2 additional months that I've paid for but my account is in arrears. This also being after they installed the tracker in my vehicle which was faulty they then came to install a new one which again was faulty they then came to install a third one which finally worked, all of this was at their own expense as installation is free but after this I dint know if I could even trust the tracker to work when I need it to. The only reason I chose ADT Secure Drive was because my home and business are protected by ADT alarm systems and I have never had an issue with them and their quality and service is great so I thought surely the Secure Drive Sector would be too, but I am completely disgusted by how I have been treated and how bad the service is. And for me to cancel my subscription I would need to pay more than 15 months worth of my Monthly Fee roughly R3000.00
