ADT Secure Drive a hoax

December 2019 I responded to ADT Secure Drive advert, both via their socials and also website. Icing on the cake was when the FB response was "it's December, people are on leave and hope you can understand". Why run a promotion in December and then tell us to chill?

It's 11h20 and we still waiting for a technician. No courtesy to call or give an update. This is the 3rd time this month that ADT has confirmed coming to do a tracker installation and no one pitching or even a courtesy call. Yesterday Mpho Mankgato confirmed that a technician will come. Well, technician was meant to have been at my house in Harrismith at 8am today.
