ADT ********

I had ADT since November 2019, when I app**** they promised that they will have a patrolling car and a response team once they have more than 100 houses in skyCity, in the mean time they will be using D&D as their response car. Every time I press the panic button or my alarm trigger and I don't respond answer their phone call they never sent a reaponse team to check. I referred a clients in December to them and they told them that they no longer taking clients because they don't have a response car/team. Since lockdown I've been working from home never saw ADT or D&D car patrolling. When I request to cancel their services they want me to pay the early cancellation fee for a service that they not even providing. And now they have more than 100 houses using their services but still there's no response car as they promised
