ADT ****

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with ADT security. They sent an agent who went around telling people about their promotion of free installation which was going on for that month. It was a great offer and so I also agreed to it and signed the agreement, a couple of days later a technician came to install. When he was done he gave me a quotation to sign and I told him the installation was free and then he left.

Then months down the line I get calls that I owe ADT 1800 for installation, I send them all the documents that clearly show that installation was free, and the see their error. However that was not rectified and now they are still in 2019 telling me to pay the same amount.

I want this issue resolved because I believe that the company should have liased with the technician about payment arrangements and I don't believe that such a big company can use such underhanded tactics when dealing with their clients. Please fix this and stop threatening to blacklist me when you are clearly at fault!!!
