ADT security service is a ****. i cancelled my alarm last year and they were charging me a radio fee for the year 2022. I told them to remove it from the statement since i am cancelling they promised to do so but never did and they ignored my calls so i decided to reverse the debit because i was not being help on my refund and I was told they won refund me because I cancelled.
Im telling you again send me the correct statement and I’ll pay the correct amount. I have emails that I sent to Thabo Leballo who promised to help but changed after. I cant py for radio fee for 2022 when I cancelled my alarm in 2021.
