ADT Salesman misleading and lie

I did send a email to the coastal branch that I need someone to come and give me a quote and do a assessment. I told the sales person several times that I do not want to sign a agreement as I need to speak to my husband first. I also told him several times that I do not want to sign a long term contact only month to month. He was such a smooth talker and said I can cancel anytime and the contract is month to month. He told me I get 3 month free and after that I can cancel the contract if I'm not happy. As he left I read all the fine lines and discovered that he **** to me and this is a 36 month contract. I was so angry with myself as I repeatedly told him what I wanted and he still convince me to sign. Can I please get a email from ADT head office that this is now canceled. He did phone me and told me his boss said we can sign a new contract month to month but I'm not interested in ADT because the sales person mislead me and did not give me the opportunity to make my own informed decision. Please ask your salesman not to phone me I just need a confirmation that this agreement is canceled.
