ADT's always there .. not always there - No response

<p>i called the call centre a few weeks back , the agent said she was going to return my call - she hasnt to date. Two days ago i sent a mail to ADT's ********** email address asking for the cancelation procedure for a contract that i have with them that expires on the 01/09/2016. Once again nobody has responsed. Yesterday i forwarded another mail asking for a response also "cc ing " an agent from ADT i had previous contact with some time back. Neither responded. i need somebody to advise me soonest cos i want to cancel this contract as per my agreement.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
