ADT ROBBING US AND USING SUBCONTRACTORS TO ROB US

I have been calling them for the last 3 months and still no assistance, we requested for a pet friendly out door beam they cheated us and put a normal cheap one, we asked for the magnet on the kitchen door be replaced and still no response. we call every second day and keep being told that a technician is coming out and its 2 months and still no technician.
