ADT *********** CLIENTS

Poor and rude service all round within ADT Security here in the northern surburbs of bluedowns western cape.

My house alarm keeps going off on its own at specific targeted hours... More especially in the early hours of the morning at random days, and even though the monitoring center may call you within 3min of the activation ***that's when if they do call you***, the patrol vehicle is always 30 min if not more to react ***that's if when they do respond, as they must leave a piece of paper to prove that they actually did report to the premises***, of which lately I have been tracking thier movements and response times as I personally feel like my home is targeted, and it has now proved itself that something is not right and that is when I started asking questions.... As I have, on numerous occasions tried in vein to get some sort of help with thier equipment in my house, instead I always get penalized by the technical division by means of a call out charge in order for them to send out a so called technician to come and sort out thier faulty equipment.

This morning I came to find that there is only two vehicles patrolling our area... which is an area span of approximately 23 hectares***if not more than that***.... Ranging from silversands... All the way to Eerste river.

And when I questioned the patrol guy as to why they are always late for responses, he tabled out everything wrong within their system and have been for the longest of time since being employed by the company and he went on to tell me that he found the system like that and because he seeks to keep his job... He just chose to just keep quiet. To make matters worse, they (patrol guys) all work with each other in the same area but they do not know each other as security personnel employed in the company as there is no parade conducted nor roll call as per protocols of owning a security company, as the employer must always account for his or her members at all times as per the security fraternity standard operating procedures ito accountability.

So it brings to question, as to who exactly am I really employing as a service provider for my property when even thier own patrol guy does not even know who his watch supervisor is nor the lady or gentleman calling him out to go and attend to emergencies.

So in principle, it is safe to say that, next time I could be opening up my doors and gates to a ***** without being aware of it. Whilst the company makes billions but they have so much *******ion going on ito thier technical division... They bill you for everything under the guise of a call out fee for their own faulty equipment
