ADT Ridiculous Pricing

Exhorbitant Charge for a PIR. More than 100% markup.

Technician arrived, installed PIR to replace one that had been ******. Then presented invoice for device. ADT price over 4500.00 !!!! Same thing available from numerous other vendors for between 1600 and 1800.00

This is a *******. ADTs response..."Nothing can be done about it"

I don't accept that ..... and neither does CPA.

Contacted by ADT and promised a 50% reduction. ADT subsequently debited the account though for full invoiced amount plus the montly service charge at beginning August. As at 21 August after 2 prior requests still waiting for Credit Note and refund. 3rd Mail request sent, this time copy to Mr W Bartmans office. Hopefully credit will be processed before next service debit.
