ADT Response not attending to alarm activation

I had a break in yesterday and ADT never responded, besides the fact that my alarm was activated and that I have armed response. <br> <br> If ADT responded a break-in could have been prevented and burglars been caught.<br> <br> I tested my alarm when I got home after the break-in and it was in working order, only then they called me. <br> <br> I have requested for a guard to meet me at the premises while on my way home, as my neighbour informed me about the beak-in. I had to wait for the guard. I requested from him that his manager contacted me today and nobody bothered to call me.
