ADT responded afer 2 hours breakin

it was early hours of Friday morning at 1h25, when the alarm went on and i went and check from the window if there was something wrong , I saw 2 people who were breaking inn to the garage door, when ADT called I told them there was people who are trying o break inn, and they saw me but they still continued as if nothing happen and the alarm was still making noise but they continued. i explained to ADT that people are inside the yard and we scared they said they are sending their armed response. I called 10111 and also my sister, my sister also called adt because these people were moving staff out of the garage and me and the kids were watching them hopeless and thinking once they done they will come for us. We called our neighbor she couldn't come also because its a female but also called adt head office but they only came after two hours of the incident happening. The guy who came after two hours said they subcontracted to ADT and they only have 1 car for 5 different areas to patrol, I want ADT o refund my money from day one when i joined them because my contract is with them not with that other people they sent to my house. I want to cancel the contract with immediate effect.
