ADT Rep goes the extra mile
Got a visit from Thobile Zimbabwe a salesrep from ADT who ask me some questions regarding my alarm and afterwards phone the control room to only find out there is a problem with my alarm signal and he arrange for a technician to get it fix the following day. Now that is what I call exceptional service going beyond what a salesrep does. Great service ***
