Adt refusing cancellation!
<p>Adt is extremely quick to do installation, not terrible with responding to callouts, but my parents have moved to a different property 3 months ago and we still cannot get the to cancel the subscription. I have sent the request through at least five times, each time being assured it will be cancellef just to find each month that they are deducting their fees from my parents' account. This is ridiculous!!! </p>
