ADT REFUSED TO SEND HELP DURING A BREAK IN!!!

I have a complaint which is totally unacceptable. I really am very unsatisfied with the service that I receive from ADT, this poor service is putting myself and my family's life at risk!!!<br> <br> In the early hours of Friday morning, 13 November 2015 (2:30 am and 4:20am) we had attempted break ins at our house. ADT responded and then after everyone left, 10 minutes later,<br> the ********* came back and tried to break in again! As you can imagine this is terrifying!<br> <br> Then yesterday afternoon at about 3:30 ADT called us to let us know that our alarm has gone off, but I was told that they are not able to come out because it is raining!!!!!<br> This excuse is unacceptable! I, as a woman alone, left work and drove home, when I got home the alarm was still going off, I called ADT a couple of times for assistance, but they refused<br> ADT did not arrive as I was told it is raining! The ********* were in my house, and looked at me over the wall while I was parked outside in the road! I called the police and they only<br> showed up after 2 hours, and still no ADT! I even pressed the panic button, but still no ADT! These ********* were in my house, and ADT was simply not interested to help me!!!!
