ADT REFUSE TO PROVIDE VAT INVOICES

I have been trying for two years to get ADT to email me monthly VAT invoices for our business premises. No matter what I do they will not do so unless I email them requesting an invoice. Their credit controller never answers the phone nor does he take action in spite of saying he will (the few time I have managed to get hold of him). <br> <br> JUST TRY TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE AT ADT TO COMPLAIN, ITS IMPOSSIBLE - THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE NOR WILL THEY ALLOW CUSTOMERS ACCESS!<br> I have wasted hour after hour. I am now banning them from all the properties they own.
