ADT refusal to provide details about money I allegedly owe them.

ADT claims I owe them money. Very confusing as I have only used AC Security in the past 10 years, when I lived in McGregor Village (just outside Robertson). I naturally wanted to know details: what town/city was I living in; which apartment/house; email me a detailed invoice. The caller refused all of that info saying I am supposed to go into an ADT office to discuss. I get calls about this issue every year, for the past 8 or so, always from a belligerent ADT call centre person. I have offered to share my email address for more info to be shared with me about this so-called debt, yet they seem to ignore that. In an era of smart phishing and telephonic *****, that they cannot provide the necessary back-up to their claims in an acceptable (safe) manner, makes the mind boggle.
