ADT & React is a deadly combination
ADT Fidelity uses this most *********** company to install and relocate alarms - at a cost I might add. I have now relocated and my alarm is still at the old house. Why? Cause Cilla and her team at React are guaranteed income from ADT, so why bother. Pathetic does not even come close to their interest in customer care. Nevermind the security risk.

30 Jun 2018, 07:53Once again, no reply or feedback. You PROMISE but don't DO!!! You are in breach of contract. I don't roll over and play dead, but I know the consumer protection act. This will become a nightmare if not sorted out today.

06 Jul 2018, 08:34I now have a system installed without a working key-pad. Cilla at React promised to get this relocation sorted out - but only did so partly, and Betty at ADT went on leave. I guess intruders have gone on leave also.
