ADT- Publicity Stunt

so I posted a review regarding ADT security... a bad one of course!! so the very next day the call centre calls me and ensures they respond to the review posted and the feedback I get from the lady is that the matter is being investigated and they will get back to me... but guess what?? I am still waiting feedback from the 4th/5th November 2017. great service right? guess this justifies their late response time to an emergency
