ADT Private NON-Security

I arranged personal security through ADT for my wedding. At first I thought they would be armed with fire-arms, upon reading the contract it was expressed that they will not be armed with fire-arms. I then requested for the guards on the day to be equipped with the mobile panic so that they can call upon backup, which is an option on the contract. Upon arrival the guards were not equipped with this equipment. Then when it became dark I realised they had no torch-lights, and also no batons, and to top it off they didn't patrol because they were scared for the venue's border collies. What a rip-off. Don't waste your money!
