ADT Poor Services, from all structures.

I phoned ADT to book a technician, he came late and he didn't finish the job promised to come back after 2 days and he didn't, when I phone ADT again, they said he booked for another day which nobody came. I phoned them again they keep on saying I must hold the phone which at the end they drop their phoned. we still seat with unresolved problem and taking note that they once break my house while the alarm was activated and ADT failed to tell me what happened. there is a lot and I want somebody to be accountable of all these otherwise it will never stop and this might help a lot of people who don't know where to report these poor services.
