Adt poor service and don't count on them

Service getting horrible by the day. Today at 2.38pm I drove into my yard and the sensor picked us and alarm went off. No calls at all from adt. Imagine if I had a real emergency. Complained and no response from the head office. On 17th may the alarm also went off and no one called to date ...a week later. Sent an email and still no response. This company must not be supported at all....they should close down.
