ADT poor service

I have been trying to cancel my contract since I am owing and cannot afford going forward. I asked them to stop charging me and I will pay what I owe. They continuing with the service and still charging me and now its accumulated to figures beyond what I owed before the cancellation request. Called and spoke to Lindiwe how said she will refer matter to Khulekani and I still haven't got a call back.
